Is Your Product or Service Worth the Price?

That is too expensive!

Most everyone, it seems, complains about how much a plumber charges per hour. Everyone, that is, except those who have tried to “do it themselves” and have suffered consequences ranging from messy overflows to far more expensive “repairs to the repair.”

How about your customers? Do they complain about your prices?

If so, they may not fully appreciate your expertise. It is up to you to educate them about the value of your products and services.

The smart plumber will make sure you know about his experience (number of years and certifications), the quality of his materials (built to last and guaranteed for life), his references (the story his customers tell), and his flexibility (24-hour availability).

Be sure your customers know and recognize the big difference between what you offer and what your competition provides, they will gladly pay more when it makes sense.
